Evolving your Product System into a Living Breath Whole
Introduction
The idea of this offering has emerged from having had cuppas with a number of regenerative practitioners recently. In our conversations I began to observe a similar friction point. We are highly capable practitioners, deeply committed to Regenerative Work, yet we often find our businesses split, fragmented, or demanding too much "heroic" pushing to sustain. This leaves us with a menu of disconnected products and services rather than a living, breathing ecosystem that generates systemic wealth for ourselves and our stakeholders.
The Invitation
This 10-session Practice Intensive is an invitation to step out of the soulless grind of outbound marketing, over-commitment, and promoting fragmented product suites. We will run our businesses through the Regenesis 8-term Value-Adding Process (VAP) to iterate new and current product offerings into an integrated suite, which becomes a cohesive energy field that naturally pulls the right people toward it.
Proof of Concept
The ReNouris Studio team, founded by Lauren Tucker and long-time member of Carol Sanford's SEED Communities, has used the 8-term VAP framework to design and evaluate their product suite. They were ably resourced by Joel Glaznberg and the Regenesis Group.
The Epistemology (How We Will Work)
This is not a coaching container or a consulting clinic. I am operating strictly from the discovery epistemology. I am not here to provide answers, fix your business, or hand you a strategic template. I am here to host a campfire—a space for discovery.
We will use the friction of our shared challenges to burn off the corporate conditioning and "expert" habits (World 48) that occlude our essence from expressing itself. By committing to this peer-to-peer field, we act as resources and witnesses for one another, drawing out our inherent systemic intelligence and creativity.
The Architecture
Transformation requires completing the cycle. As the framework warns:
Actualisation without realisation can trap us in existence, realisation without actualisation can trap us in dreams
We will spend one campfire anchoring our aim, and nine campfires actively actualising and realising the value in our businesses for our stakeholders. Each session is for 90 minutes every two weeks.
- Campfire 1: The Holographic Aim. Defining the precise end state and new capacity we are building for our stakeholders, establishing the ground for our ecosystems.
- Campfire 2: Integrating. Mapping how our offerings seamlessly merge into the lives of our users to increase their ableness.
- Campfire 3: Sourcing. Identifying and vitalizing the upstream raw materials, insights, and human energies that feed our work.
- Campfire 4: Refining. Stripping away the dross, mechanical habits, and occlusions to reveal the pure essence of our offerings.
- Campfire 5: Converting. Navigating the point of irreversible transformation where our materials and insights become a new capability for the user.
- Campfire 6: Compositing. Testing our entire product suite for wholeness, ensuring it operates as a single, harmonized energy field rather than fragmented parts.
- Campfire 7: Finishing. Evolving how the ecosystem is communicated to create a natural pull process that removes barriers to realisation.
- Campfire 8: Reinvesting. Looking beyond the immediate client to how our business reduces disorder and builds capacity in the broader stakeholder network.
- Campfire 9: Regenerating. Identifying how our complete ecosystem acts as a source of evolution, shifting the paradigm of our respective industries.
- Campfire 10: Shared Reflections. Reflecting back to the group about your journey and what has unfolded.
The Yield
At the end of these 10 session, you will not have a theoretical business plan. You will have the next living iteration of your product ecosystem, designed entirely from the Regenerative Life paradigm, ready to engage your stakeholders.
The Exchange
There is no set fee. I use a living currency exchange model where, like a living system, we consciously work with systemic reciprocity. Where value is generated that is resourced so it can continue to generate value for yourself and others lives. The exchange can be direct or indirect, financial or in kind.
